- Hildescheimer, Meier
- (1864-1934)German rabbi, son of Azriel Hildesheimer. From 1899 he was a preacher at the Adass Jisroel Synagogue in Berlin. Subsequently he became executive director of the rabbinical seminary founded in Berlin by his father. He represented Orthodox German Jewry in numerous Jewish organizations. He published several studies on Jewish subjects and edited a collection of some of his father's writings.
